I’ve got to say, this is probably my favorite event to attend in Minnesota. It’s glamorous, inspiring and such a great way to see upcoming trends. This years Envision Fashion Show featured ten designers and was held at the Machine Shop in Minneapolis. I walked into the venue, picked up a flyer and screamed, my face was on it! It was so exciting to not only be attending the show, but to actually be apart of it.

Hosted by John Mark and Tricia Heuring, this New York City vibe has got to be one of my favorite shows to date, primarily because my favorite designers, Kimberly Jurek and Jen Chilstrom, the masterminds behind Kindred Folk totally killed it this year. They started off the show with their one-of-a-kind, hand died, silk screened and hand painted pieces (painted by the amazing Minneapolis based painter, Mary Olson). These ladies really stepped outside the box with these pieces, they combined their style with local art and created a masterpiece, truly. Each piece has so much movement and intricate detail that it can’t help but grab your attention!
